Lien Social & CRFAVE, coordinating listening and fighting isolation
The main challenge for the French Red Cross is to combat social isolation and psychological fragility through its national listening device « à votre écoute » — free, anonymous and confidential. The COVID crisis strongly reinforced these needs and demonstrated the importance of a system capable of rapidly scaling up while maintaining a personalized approach.
Three complementary applications now structure the action of the French Red Cross: Lien Social, the coordination platform for fighting isolation actions (visits, friendly calls, accompaniments) from national to local units; CRFAVE Écoute, dedicated to tracking requests from the psychological listening device, in respect of anonymity; and CRFAVE Orientation, which tracks proposed orientations and guarantees continuity of support pathways.

Scaling up by replacing a historical Excel-based tracking system
To support the growth of Ateliers Amasco and enable scaling up of its activity, we designed and deployed several business applications to replace a historical tracking system mainly done in Excel.
The workshop management application centralizes the creation and tracking of sessions; the speaker management application structures profiles, skills, availability, and administrative follow-up; the registration management application supports family journeys, from dossier creation to payment tracking. A progressive approach, started in a skills sponsorship framework, which enabled the association to secure its digital transformation while maintaining the flexibility necessary for its growth.
