A dedicated application for our SMSI management
Management systems play a key role in the steering of organizations, whether they are related to quality, information security, environment, health-safety at work or any other ISO framework. Their implementation often involves managing a large number of documents, actions, indicators and requirements that can quickly become difficult to control when spread across different tools.
In the context of our own certification process for HDS and ISO 27001, we have developed an internal application dedicated to the management of our Information Security Management System (SMSI), centralizing the steering of the system. It covers document management with version tracking and approvals, performance indicator steering, non-conformity and corrective actions management, risk tracking and treatment plans, as well as action plan follow-up.
