Healthcare Data Hosting Certification
According to the National Agency for Health Digital (ANS), the HDS certification aims to strengthen the protection of personal health data and to build a trusted environment around eHealth and patient follow-up. ISKernel is certified as a Healthcare Data Hosting Provider, demonstrating its ability to securely host personal health data.
No transfer of personal health data to a third country outside the European Economic Area (EEE) is performed. All data is hosted and processed exclusively within the EEE, in compliance with the HDS framework requirements and the GDPR.
